Using this site

These terms apply to shun-cutlery.com, the official website of Shun Kai USA. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and the official shop

Product pages on this site introduce the Shun range. Orders are completed at shop.shun-cutlery.com/buy. The terms, shipping information, and return policy shown at checkout apply to your purchase. This site does not take payment and does not create a contract of sale.

We try to keep product information accurate, but availability, packaging, and specifications can change. If a product is listed incorrectly, the shop may correct the error before an order is accepted.

Product information

Descriptions, measurements, and material specifications are provided as a guide. Product photography is illustrative. Handmade knives vary in finish, and the Damascus pattern on one blade will not match another exactly. Colours can also appear differently on different screens.

Warranty and sharpening

Shun knives carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and free lifetime sharpening. The full terms are on the care page. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.

Intellectual property

The Shun name, logo, photography, illustrations, and written content on this site are owned by Shun knives Official or used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content in a way that suggests an association with Shun without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or its data.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, including through automated requests that overload it.
• Submit false or abusive messages through the contact form.
• Use the site to distribute malware or to scrape personal information.

Third-party links
